Salon policies

A few gentle policies.

These details keep every appointment calm, unhurried and fair to everyone. Thank you for reading them before you book.

    Booking & deposit

    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your service.

  2. 02

    Cancellation policy

    Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in loss of deposit.

  3. 03

    Late policy

    A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. After that, your appointment may be rescheduled and subject to a cancellation fee.

    Guest policy

    To ensure a relaxing experience for all our clients, please no extra guests or children.

  5. 05

    Service policy

    All services are customized. Pricing may vary based on length, density, colour history and the time required to achieve your desired result.

    Healthy hair first

    The integrity of your hair is our top priority. Additional treatments may be recommended to maintain the health of your hair.
